We also offer custom engraving services using our in-house laser equipment. If you’d like your watch engraved with initials, logos, or images, please include this request in your order notes at checkout, or contact us immediately after your purchase so we can arrange the details.

Frequently asked questions
Can I request a colour or part that isn’t on the configurator?

Absolutely. The configurator shows just a small selection of what we can create. If you’d like a specific dial, hand set, bezel, or case colour not listed, please contact us — we can often source or produce custom options for your build.
Does my watch come with a warranty?

All OR Timepieces come with a 1 year warranty as standard and any repairs needing to be carried out will be done in the UK based workshop. Simply contact OR Timepieces via the enquiries tab.

Can I get my watch engraved?

Yes — we offer custom engraving using our in-house laser system. Just let us know in the order notes or via email immediately after placing your order, and we’ll arrange it with you directly. We can engrave text, logos, or images (subject to quality and copyright).
Can I return my watch?

Due to the customised and handbuilt nature of each watch, returns cannot be accepted once production has started. Each timepiece is built to order and thoroughly tested for timekeeping, accuracy, and water resistance before dispatch.
How long will my watch take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on parts availability and testing schedules. We aim to deliver a fully built watch in 15 working days. We’ll always keep you updated throughout the process, but please allow for some flexibility due to the custom components used in each build.
Where can I find technical information on how to operate the watches

Each watch movement we use comes with detailed guides from Seiko on how to operate and set the time, date, GMT hand, or chronograph functions. You’ll find links to these official instructions and reference images here. If you ever need extra help or advice, you can also contact us directly — we’re happy to guide you through your watch’s features.
